My grandma sent me a photo that she got from WhatsApp, saying that "Mangkhut" as strong as a hurricane!
But as what I have studied, I never heard of Hong Kong will have a hurricane.

The strongest typhoon "Mangkhut" in 2018 hit the Philippines, Hong Kong, Guangdong and other places.
Someone on the Internet mistakenly described the photos of the U.S. hurricane "Florence" as Mangkhut, and wrongly spread the news that the wind speed of Mangkhut was comparable to the high-speed rail.

In fact, these images were really taken by the International Space Station, but they are not Mangkhut. They are the photos of U.S. hurricane Florence!
